A huge thankyou to everyone who attended the tasking on Studland Common on Thursday 23rd February there was 12 of us in total. We cleared the whole of scrub block we were working on. We removed so much bramble, weed stick trees and ivy. The difference when we had finished was remarkable. There is something very satisfying about seeing and area start to come back to life where it had been choked by the bramble and ivy. The Parish Council will now be able to keep on top of the area and stop it becoming over grown again.
We received a lovely thank you e mail from Graham our Parish Clerk thanking all the volunteers for an brilliant morning’s session.
