MCV AGM
March 27 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
We are very pleased to confirm that the AGM will be followed by an illustrated talk on Butterflies and Moths of the New Forest given by Jacky Adams and Nigel Owen
All members of MCV and friends are warmly invited to join us. We expect the AGM to last about 45 minutes and the evening as a whole to last about two hours.
Please note that if you are not a member of MCV you will not be able to vote at the AGM.
If you will not be attending the AGM and would like to send your apologies, please do so by email to [email protected] to arrive no later than 25 March,giving your name(s).

- The draft minutes for the 11th (2023) AGM are attached and can be found on our website at https://milfordconservation.org/agm-minutes/ These minutes will be taken as read on the evening.
- A copy of the audited accounts for 2023 is has been sent to all members.
- The Management Committee recommends that:
o Tim Light of Lightatouch be appointed as the Examiner of MCV’s Accounts for 2024
o The annual Membership Fee for 2025 should remain at £7.50
o There are to be no changes to the MCV Constitution at this time. The Constitution can be found on our website at https://milfordconservation.org/mcv-constitution/
- The following people have been nominated for election as Honorary Officers of MCV and/or to serve on MCV’s Management Committee:

Please note that we shall be running a raffle on the evening. If you are likely to want to take part, please make sure that you bring some cash with you as no card machine will be available.
