This is formal notification that MCV’s 14th Annual General Meeting will be held at The Bridge (formerly Milford Community Centre) on Friday 20 March 2026 at 7:00 pm.  All members of MCV and friends are welcome to join us.  We expect the AGM to last about 45 minutes and the evening to last about two hours.

As MCV continues to support local wildlife and conservation through activities including bird monitoring, conservation work parties, nature walks, talks, surveys and community events, we warmly invite members to help shape our future. The AGM is an opportunity for you to share ideas, suggest improvements, and propose new activities that will strengthen and expand our programme. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to submit suggestions either in advance or during the meeting.

We are also very pleased to announce that after the AGM there will be an illustrated talk BY MARCUS WARD OF WILD NEW FOREST, a life-long naturalist specialising in birds, mammals, moths and fungi found in the New Forest.

If you will not be attending the AGM and would like to send your apologies, please do so by email to mifordconservation@gmail.com to arrive no later than 18 March.

If you wish to stand for or make any nominations for any of the Officers or Management Committee Members, propose any changes to the Constitution or have any questions or suggestions you would like to have raised at the 2026 AGM please email them to mifordconservation@gmail.com  to arrive no later than 18th March and they will be answered during the meeting where possible.  Any questions which you may have during the meeting itself should be raised during the relevant item on the Agenda, otherwise under Any Other Business at item 12 on the Agenda.  If you will not be attending the meeting then your question will be addressed during the meeting and a reply sent to you afterwards.
